I'm from Taguig City Bgny South Signal. My landline 028952**** has been on continuous dial tone for 1 month already. Had sent a report but no reply from Pasig. Sabi ng friend ko working in PLDT office, WFH daw lahat until March 2021! I asked for her assistance to help report my landline problem but she said she's not getting any reply. What is happening to PLDT customer support now?

Unfortunately, PLDT does not provide any information about if it is possible to freeze the account on the company website. However, according to the PLDT terms and conditions, you may terminate your PLDT subscription by contacting the PLDT support by phone at 171. You may also discuss if you can freeze your PLDT account:

may tumwag samin ang sabi may slot ndw po dot sa lugar namin pero ang ibbgy dw muna isa yung pldt modem dw muna po hanggng makabitan kmi.. and libre dw po. pero biglang may mag msg samin na need nmn byran ung bill namin.. so nag taka po kami kasi akala namin libre po ung pldt modem..

so ngayon po gusto npo namin ipacancel ung account namin sa pldt.

To cancel PLDT account you should:
  • Call PLDT customer service at 171.
  • Prepare a Letter of Termination for PLDT. The letter must include the details about your account or subscriber name, account number, landline number, and of course the reason for termination. Do not forget to include the date.
  • Go to the nearest PLDT office. Since you need to settle your payments, it is better to go physically in the nearest branch.
  • Wait for 2-3 weeks to process your request. The customer service will give you a call to confirm the termination. After receiving a call, the termination may happen within 1-3 days.

How to reconnect pldt fiber that I am applying to the pldt fiber home modem that is already in the house that I transferred.

Good day! This is to ask for the concern of my Boss KIM SANGMIN regarding his application, His house already has PLDT fiberhome modem when he transferred there which is used by the previous tenant.

Now he is asking if it is possible to reconnect the PLDT fiber that he is applying to the same address? If not possible, what are the possible plan options and requirements needed for the application and How long is the process of installation?

According to PLDT FAQs in order to get reconnection of pldt fiber, you should reach out to PLDT customer service. Please, call their support at 171 on your mobile phone. Press “1” for existing PLDT subscribers.

Unfortunately, we can’t ask PLDT if they received your payment on your behalf. Please contact PLDT Customer Service by phone at +6 32* 584 0228 or via the support form on the Pissed Consumer website and ask for assistance with your issue.
Please note that you can view your billing statement if necessary. According to the PLDT FAQ page, there are several ways to do it:
  • Via Your myHome: You can view your current bill and your past billing statement in the last 12 months through your myHome Account If you don’t have a myHome Account, create one today and manage your account at your own convenience;
  • Via Email Notification: An email notification with your bill summary will be sent to you every month to your registered email address. In order to view the complete details of your bill, just select "View Billing Statements" and type in your password;
  • Via SMS Notification: As soon as your bill is available online, an SMS notification containing your bill summary will also be sent to you.
